Sitchwise is built and operated by 26 Branding Agency Inc., incorporated in Quebec, Canada. This policy describes what data the app sends, what we keep, and for how long.
What we collect
When you use Sitchwise, the text you paste and the optional context you describe are sent to our backend at advisory.26.systems so we can return an analysis. Our backend processes that input through a third-party generative AI service under a commercial API agreement and returns the structured read to your device. If you attach a screenshot, the image is processed the same way.
We do not require your name, phone number, email address, or any identifying information to use the app. We do not access your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera unless you explicitly attach a screenshot.
What we keep
- Analyses you save live only on your device, inside the app's local storage. We do not have a copy.
- Inputs you send for analysis are processed in memory and deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We do not build a persistent log of your relationships.
- Anonymous usage metrics (app launches, screen visits, crash reports) help us fix bugs. They are not tied to your identity.
- Purchase state is managed by Apple or Google and verified by RevenueCat. We see only whether you have purchased a read-pack so we can restore your balance across devices. We do not see your payment method.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your inputs with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics resellers.
- We do not train AI models on your inputs. Our commercial API agreements with our generative AI provider explicitly forbid using paid customer inputs to train public models.
- We do not surveil, monitor, or contact any third party named in your inputs. We never see who you are decoding.
Your rights
You can clear your local journal at any time inside the app. You can request deletion of any server-side records by emailing support@26.systems. If you are a resident of Quebec, California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with applicable data-protection law, you have additional rights under that law and we will honor them.
Children
Sitchwise is intended for users 17 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17.
Changes
If we materially change this policy we will update the date at the top and notify active subscribers by email or in-app banner.
