Welcome to Sitchwise. These terms govern your use of the app and any related services provided by 26 Branding Agency Inc. (26 Branding, we, us). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Sitchwise is, and what it is not
Sitchwise is a journaling and reflection tool that uses artificial intelligence to help you organize observations about a relationship and produce a structured read. It is not a medical, mental-health, legal, or investigative service. It does not diagnose anyone. It does not read minds. It does not predict the future. It does not, and cannot, determine whether a third party is cheating, lying, or behaving in any specific way in reality.
You are responsible for any decision you make based on the app's output. The app is a thinking aid, not proof.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Sitchwise. By using the app you confirm you are 17 or older.
3. Read packs and payment
Sitchwise offers one free read per user, lifetime, and consumable read-packs for additional reads. There are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews. Each pack is a one-time purchase that credits reads to your local balance. Pricing is shown in the app and may vary by region. Payments are processed by Apple or Google and governed by their store terms. Reads do not expire and can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID or Google account. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies, except where additional consumer law applies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sitchwise to harass, defame, dox, or threaten any person. You agree not to upload child sexual abuse material, content that violates someone's privacy in jurisdictions that prohibit it, or content that violates Apple or Google store rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you type into Sitchwise. By submitting content for analysis you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI provider in order to return your analysis. We do not use your content to train AI models or sell it.
6. AI disclaimer
Sitchwise outputs are generated by language models. They reflect patterns in the input you provide. They may be wrong. They may be incomplete. They are not professional advice and they are not a substitute for talking to a real therapist, lawyer, or trusted friend. Do not use Sitchwise outputs as evidence in any legal, professional, or personal proceeding.
7. Crisis
If you are in danger, experiencing abuse, or in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a qualified human professional. In Canada call or text 988. In the United States call or text 988. Sitchwise is not a substitute for emergency or mental-health services.
8. Liability
Sitchwise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 26 Branding's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Quebec, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email to active subscribers. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
